Our calendars are free to use and republish for personal use. This calendar allows you to print the whole year on one page and the template is available as an image, or in PDF and Excel formats.
Most calendars are blank and the Excel files allow you to delete anything you don't want to appear. If you don't have Excel installed on your computer, you can open our Excel files using LibreOffice (free open source software) or Numbers if you use a Mac. However, you will need to reduce the font sizes.

How to print your own calendar
All our calendar files are compatible with inkjet and laser printers. However, for a perfect result on all paper sizes, PDF files are the best option. Excel files will work too, but you should check how the calendar will be printed first. This can be done using the print preview feature.
You can also print calendars in specialist stores local to you. To do this, save the calendar files (in PDF format) on a USB key and go to a local print shop. If you work on an Excel file before printing, you should save the Excel as a PDF first. This is because a print store may not be able to read your Excel file properly.

Where can I find other calendar templates?
Several websites allow you to download various different calendars for 2024. We recommend the sites listed below which have great and up-to-date templates:
- Microsoft templates for Excel, Office and Powerpoint. You can use these templates with LibreOffice if you don't have MS Office.
